MAKING VISIBLE WHAT ISFELT, BUT NOT ALWAYS SEEN.
Shagun is a Therapist and multidisciplinary artist who holds space with gentleness, curiosity, and care. Her approach is rooted in a social justice, feminist, queer-affirmative and trauma-informed framework with the belief that each person, grows in relationship with their environment — therapy, then, is not about fixing, but creating the conditions to grow in the direction truest to oneself.
Shagun primarily supports individuals exploring themes around identity, relationships, self-worth, and life transitions. While these are preferred areas, she is open to working with people across all age groups and life experiences.
Her practice is collaborative and client-centered — where the client leads the pace and depth, and she walks alongside, offering reflection, tools, and holding space for what comes up.
Workshops & Facilitation
Alongside my practice as an artist and psychologist, I facilitate workshops that use creative processes as a way of exploring embodiment, perception, and self-awareness. Drawing from psychology, expressive arts, and contemporary art practice, these sessions invite participants to engage with themselves through making rather than performance or artistic skill.
My workshops have been conducted with institutions such as Jaipur Art Week, Unmasking Collective and include experiences like Bilateral Self-Portrait Drawing, which explores identity and perception through simultaneous mark-making, and Body Mapping, where participants investigate memory, emotion, and lived experience through large-scale visual responses to the body. Each workshop is designed to create an accessible space for reflection, curiosity, and meaningful dialogue through art.
Whether working with artists, students, organisations, or community groups, I tailor each workshop to the needs of the participants while encouraging deeper observation, creative confidence, and embodied ways of thinking.
